Established in 2022 by S. Manoj Kumar, M/S Bricks Law was founded with the aim of delivering high-quality solutions for civil and criminal law, commercial and corporate legal matters in India. Over time, the firm has grown to include a diverse team of legal experts specializing in areas such as litigation and dispute resolution, bankruptcy law, real estate and property law, family law, banking and financial law, and intellectual property law…etc.

Bricks Law has since emerged as a premier legal firm in India, renowned for its expertise in handling civil and criminal, corporate, and commercial cases. The firm upholds its dedication to delivering superior legal counsel and representation to its clients in India, leveraging nearly 5 years of legal expertise and experience. Through this wealth of knowledge, Bricks Law offers highly effective solutions to legal and bureaucratic challenges, catering to the needs of individuals, investors, and local businesses alike.

Experienced Team

The Firm’s attorneys have, in addition to law degrees, qualifications from universities in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu and elsewhere as well as work experience in law firms. The Firm also has reciprocal arrangements with other law firms and advocates all over India for issues and matters specific to particular regions or specialized aspects of law and Indian legal practice.

National Presence

Currently we have advocates handling work for the Bricks Law in Eight cities including Bangalore Mysore, Coorge, Dharwad, The Niligirs, Coimbatore, Chennai and Delhi (where we have affiliate offices). The Bricks Law’ also has arrangements with a wide network of law firms in different parts of the India to assist with cross-border National transactions. The firm is a Member of the Confederation of Indian Industry.

The Bricks Law offices are located at prime locations in Karnataka and our affiliates in Bangalore are similarly located. The Bricks Law’s offices now in the central business district with easy access to the Karnataka High Court and the all the Trial Courts.

Founder and Managing Partner

S. Manoj Kumar holds a Bachelor of Laws from JSS Law College (Autonomous) Mysore, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Mysore, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Bharathiar University. With nearly 5 years of legal expertise, he specializes in Civil, Criminal, Consumer, NDPS, Administration Law, SARFAESI Act, Family law, Commercial Litigation and Arbitration. He is recognized as an expert in Indian Bankruptcy Law. Manoj appears before all High Courts, Trial Courts of Civil and Criminal, Consumer Forum, State Consumer Forum, Tribunals, and State and Central Governments Authorities throughout India. Currently, he serves as the founder and managing partner of Law Firm Bricks Law.

Namita Haveri

Associate Partner

Namita Haveri holds a Bachelor of Laws from Bishop Cotton Law School affiliated to KSLU (BBA LLB) and Post Grad Diploma in Cyber Crime & Cyber Forensics NLSIU. With nearly 2 years of legal expertise, She specializes in Civil and Criminal, internet and information technology law, industrial relations law (labour and service), media law, Cyber-crime & Cyber Forensics. Namita appears before all High Courts, Trial Courts of Civil and Criminal, Consumer Forum, State Consumer Forum, Tribunals, and State and Central Governments Authorities throughout South India. Currently, she serves as the Associate partner of Law Firm Bricks Law.
